Dr Alison Grimston MBBS MRCGP DRCOG MPhil has been a UK – based doctor for 15 years, and a general practitioner for 11. Not content with treating patients with medication alone, she walks her talk as she advises on supplementation, low GI diet, and lifestyle, while helping people to reset their carbohydrate cravings & snap out of the cycle of repeated dieting. Claire Westwood is a UK – based qualified nurse and life coach, keynote speaker and author. She is the Director of her own coaching company, happynurses. She works with individuals and groups, mainly nurses, transforming their lives through coaching, speaking, writing and running training courses. Claire has studied success in many life areas, and in this webinar looks at the mindset needed to successfully achieve anything in life, including better health and losing weight. Over the past few years she has helped many people to set and achieve important goals and in this webinar will explain how you can create the motivation you need to successfully lose weight and feel more healthy and energetic!
   
Kate Morsley has been teaching yoga for 16 years and practicing for over 25.  She holds a Diploma in Yoga Teaching with the British Wheel of Yoga and Ashtanga Teacher Training Certificate from Beryl Bender Birch (“Power Yoga”), New York.  She continually trains with a broad range of UK and international teachers every year.Kate’s philosophy is that yoga can benefit everyone.  She has specialised in yoga for people in difficult circumstances including mental health patients and prisoners, in particular Young Offenders and patients within secure facilities.  Kate runs public classes and also teaches in secondary schools, recently offering yoga as a General Studies course at A/AS level (HSC equivalent), which was extremely well received.At her home in Surrey, Kate runs a clinic for postural improvement and spinal balance through soft tissue manipulation and Free Movement therapy as well as advising on healthy nutrition and supplementation
   
Dr Leigh Willoughby is a Consultant in Anaesthesia and peri-operative medicine at Salford Royal Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, a large University teaching hospital in Manchester, UK and specialises in high-risk surgery, spinal surgery and maternity.  She is also invloved in managing patients who undergo brain surgery and complex bowel surgery.  Born and educated in Sheffield, Leigh graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Sugery at the University of Manchester in 1996 and has gained experience in most of the hospitals in the North West of England.Pursuing true wellness through nutrition is Leigh’s passion and in her spare time she has helped friends and colleagues attain better health through advice and education in optimum cellular nutrition.
   
Dr. Monica Lewis is a holistic general practitioner in New Zealand, specializing in helping people to whom the medical profession has little more to offer. By incorporating mind & body medicine, counseling, nutritional medicine and bio-identical hormonal therapies, she has greatly increased her abilities to help her patients. She is passionate about helping people to move on psychologically from their carbohydrate cravings.
